Trevor joined the Financial Services industry in April 1990. Trevor is a Chartered Financial Planner and believes that holistic Financial Planning is essential. Whether it is Pensions, Investments, Business or Personal; simple or complex, through attention to your objectives and goals, he will formulate a plan of action to help you achieve the things you set out to achieve whilst protecting you, your family and your business along the way.
Denise is a Partner in the firm whose strategic role is to set the overall goals for the company. She is very much hands-on and has responsibility for the day to day operation of the business.
David has worked in the financial planning profession for 30 years, attaining the CII/PFS diploma. He has vast experience in delivering a highly personalized service to his clients with vastly differing lifestyles, predominately in the North East of England. He has specialist knowledge of Pensions, Protection, Investments and Inheritance tax planning, incorporating a broad experience in ethical investments. He focuses on providing a high level of service to his clients, many of whom regularly recommend him to their family and friends. He has also conducted pre and post retirement seminars for Local Authorities, Teaching Professions, Age Concern, and NEPRA. He has previously worked for Ashcourt Rowan Financial Planning, The Cooperative Bank IFA, Pearl Assurance and Prudential Assurance joining Meridian in August 2013 as a Financial Planning Consultant. He spends much of his spare time, walking his dogs, swimming, reading and he is an avid supporter of Newcastle United.
David has 27 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, holds the CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and is a member of the Personal Finance Society. He has specialist knowledge of the mortgage market, both Residential and Buy to Let. More recently he has become heavily involved in the new build Help to Buy market. He has worked with Meridian since October 2003.
David is able to offer a comprehensive range of those mortgages that are made available to mortgage intermediaries.
Outside of work he enjoys travelling, has a keen interest in most sports, particularly Rugby Union and enjoys fell walking in the Lake District.
Some buy to let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Andrew has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 1991 and until 2013 was an active Financial Adviser. His current role is Business Development within the Company, centered on the delivery of the on-going Meridian client service proposition.
Kirsty joined Meridian in March 2003. As well as being actively involved in the day to day operations of the company she provides a paraplanning service to the firm Principal and administrative support to the team.
Jennifer joined Meridian in July 2009. She provides ongoing support to all advisers within the practice and she is currently studying for Paraplanner qualifications.
